Rob believes the most important part of growth and healing is to view emotions and feelings as misguided helpers instead of personal enemies that have to be defeated. He uses therapeutic techniques that allow a person to see their whole self. And when we stop running away from those areas, a growth and change that can’t occur otherwise begins to happen.
