WHAT WE DO

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Our intensive outpatient program is dedicated to offering clients a comprehensive treatment experience that equips them with the essential tools, teaching, and support services needed to tackle mental health and addiction challenges. By providing a structured yet flexible approach, we ensure each individual receives personalized care tailored to their unique recovery journey.

Addiction Treatment

Substance Use Disorders (SUDs) can come in all shapes and sizes. We recognize that no individual experiences the same route into addiction, so the way out of addiction is as uniquely personal. However, we know that the strategies for recovering from SUD are consistent. Treatment provides the structure and tools necessary to thrive after addiction. These strategies, combined with our support plan and evidence-based therapy will give you a solid pathway to thriving after addiction.

Mental Health Care

Our mental health program offers specialized treatment modalities focused on the mental health aspect of recovery. By integrating evidence-based therapies, mindfulness practices, and medication management, we provide comprehensive care tailored to address each individual’s mental health needs.

Our Clinical Services

Our clinical services are evidence-based and include Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and individual therapy. These approaches are designed to provide comprehensive, personalized care, ensuring each client receives the most effective treatment for their unique needs.

Types of Therapy

We offer a diverse range of therapy types, including couples, family, individual, grief, and addiction counseling, among others.
