Levels of Care
Levels of Care at WeCare: from IOP to Lifelong Support
At WeCare Behavioral Health, we are committed to providing comprehensive support for individuals and families suffering with addiction through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). This program is designed for those dealing with mental health challenges, addiction, and dual diagnosis (co-occurring disorders). We recognize that everyone’s recovery journey is unique, and our IOP offers the flexibility needed to accommodate personal and professional responsibilities.
What is an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)?
Our IOP is ideal for clients who need intensive therapeutic support but prefer the flexibility of attending treatment during the day rather than in a residential setting. Many clients come to IOP after completing a detox or Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). IOP allows them to focus on:
- Maintaining sobriety
- Improving mental health
- Rebuilding their lives
This program typically includes several hours of therapy each week, giving clients the structure and care they need while they begin to reintegrate into daily life. By allowing clients to return home after treatment, IOP helps them apply new tools in real-life situations, including family dynamics and work.
Evidence-Based Therapies We Offer
At WeCare, we pride ourselves on offering evidence-based therapies that are proven to help with addiction and mental health challenges. These include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT): Helps clients change negative thought patterns and behaviors.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT): Focuses on emotional regulation and interpersonal effectiveness.
- Motivational Interviewing: Strengthens the client’s commitment to making positive changes.
Each therapy is tailored to the individual, addressing the underlying causes of addiction or mental health issues while helping clients build healthy coping strategies.
Compassionate, Highly Trained Staff
Our success comes from our compassionate and experienced team of therapists, counselors, and support staff. At WeCare, we believe that the relationship between the client and therapist is fundamental to the healing process. Our team is dedicated to building trust and providing unwavering support throughout treatment, helping clients achieve their recovery goals.
Family Program: Supporting Loved Ones
WeCare recognizes that recovery isn’t just about the individual—it’s about the family too. Our family program educates and supports loved ones, helping them understand the challenges of addiction and mental health disorders. Family therapy sessions provide a space for healing, allowing families to rebuild trust and develop healthy communication strategies.
By involving families in the recovery process, we create a supportive network that extends beyond treatment and contributes to long-term success.
Alumni Program: Lifelong Support
Recovery doesn’t end when treatment is over. Our alumni program provides ongoing support for clients who have completed IOP. Alumni are invited to participate in:
- Regular check-ins
- Support group meetings
- Community events
These activities help clients stay connected, motivated, and focused on their recovery goals, reinforcing the idea that recovery is a lifelong process.
Support Groups: Building Community
Support groups play a vital role in our IOP. These groups offer a safe, supportive space where clients can share their experiences, challenges, and successes with others on a similar path. The sense of community that develops within these groups is incredibly empowering, reducing feelings of isolation and fostering a sense of understanding and camaraderie.
Community Bonding: The Power of Connection
WeCare emphasizes the importance of community connection. Clients are encouraged to participate in activities that help them build meaningful relationships and develop a sense of belonging. A strong support network can significantly enhance the recovery process by providing encouragement, accountability, and a shared sense of purpose.
Empowering Clients for Long-Term Recovery
At WeCare, we believe in each individual’s potential to overcome their challenges. Our IOP provides clients with the tools, guidance, and support they need to recognize their inner strength and achieve long-term recovery. Through evidence-based therapies, compassionate care, and a wide range of support services, we empower clients to build healthier, brighter futures.
